Being a demolair he is going after the commercial properties first.
when they establish the legal aspects of Prop 13 that they can and will attack to break commercial properties from the law, they will go after the residential properties. When that happens, the commercial property tax increases, I will sell my San Diego property and move to NV. I can't take a 10-15% property value decrease.

Yes, I’ve thought about Texas. I really admire their spirit - never say die. If there’s one place that would fight til the last breath if things really deteriorate, it would be Texas. I may end up there yet. I sure hope the Left’s efforts to paint it blue never work.
