I would not be surprised if this is not the start of a scorched earth policy for the United States, why not? Obama has been permitted to get away with so much because of our spineless congress.

The administration is anything but a joke. There is nothing funny about what they have done to America. These comments by Hagel just point to GHWB being the first president to welcome the New World Order.
We are no longer the "leader" of anything. We "lead" from behind.
