Riiight. Go after the NRA but leave the damaged-beyond-repair-by-liberals healthcare system alone. Brilliant tactic!
Someone ought to scare the **** out of the cutlery makers, as well! Who will do THAT? /sarcasm
The NRA should not be scared. Those who apologized for this mental-case should be.
ROTFLMAO! Bring it on! Biotch...
Hasn’t that family done enough damage?
My constitutional rights are not subject to a “rebuttal”, no matter how emotionally overheated it is.
California has passed some of the toughest gun laws in the country to keep their citizens safe.
The obvious thing that every portion of the political spectrum should agree upon is that people that kill lots of people are mentally ill. This incident gives gun rights proponents the proof that maniacs will kill with whatever means are available to them. Without a gun this guy would have killed the people in his apartment and then probably used his car to kill the rest. The Aurora theater shooter, without a gun, would have probably fashioned a bomb. He definitely had the background to make that happen.
Don't forget he attempted to murder several people with his BMW.
As Ann Coulter pointed out, why is Mr. Martinez not enraged at the AAA, too?
What about car owners and drivers? More cars are involved in the deaths of innocent persons every day, than are guns and gun users.
And car ownership and usage is NOT a right guaranteed by the Bill of Rights and the Constitution?
Why are you a citizen here if you do not want to abide by the rights given by those documents? Go away if you do not want to be a part of this country.
Victim’s father.
Not the murder’s father.
The Santa Barbara shooting ought to scare the hell out of the American Psychiatric Association because the killer had undergone several forms of mental health treatment since he was a child. All of the therapy and medications prescribed didn’t make Elliot Rodger calm or docile. He turned into a whackjob, killing machine.
Richard Martinez, father of Christopher Michael-MartinezWhy the two names?
I am the NRA, I am not scared.
Richard Martinez and his cohorts in the anti 2nd Amendment factions are exploiting this tragedy, just as they do after every mass shooting.
We as a nation, should not turn away from the 2nd Amendment after such tragedy but should promote our rights and responsibilities to protect ourselves and our families.
This.
Wow, they REALLY want a civil war, don’t they?
