Clinton played a central role in restoring America’s standing in the world, reasserting the United States as a Pacific power, imposing crippling sanctions on Iran and North Korea, responding to the Arab Awakening and negotiating a ceasefire in the Middle East.

She certainly did play a central role in each of those major failures.

This is a close relative to a Clinton “Listening Tour” where you pay the Clintons even more for pretending to listen to you.

The latter is the preferable because even though you have to pay more, you don't have listen to Hillary talk as much as with the “conversation” option.
