Forgot to mention the Cambrian explosion where in the oceans, there was a terrific rush of evolution following the atmospheric and temperature changes which followed snowball earth. Over 50 million years many of the ancestors of modern creatures evolved into being. I guess you might call it happy accidents but to me it doesn’t seem accidental as you say advantageous mutations are retained and others either can be carried forward is it doesn’t disadvantage the creature or is is a problem, it disappears over generations, usually one where the creature doesn’t pass it on.
But even this discussion makes huge assumptions about something as basic as the reproduction of mutations - that it simply "happens".
Again, we're discussing an existing system - reproduction. How did cells "learn" to reproduce? How could a cell reproduce a mutation - if reproduction has not yet been developed?
Which brings us full circle. We're back to the requirement that it takes a chicken to produce an egg. Which is kinda the point of this article - that life was engineered...
No, things don;t become clearer. We’ve unearthed vast quantities of dirt and fossils over the last 150 years, and the fossil record is exactly Huxley what feared it might be. You can assume there were billions of happy accidents that added new genetic material, were not terminal mutations, and gradually built up new species, that time cures all. But I don’t have that kind of blind faith. Neither do the myriad macro-evolutionists who admit natural selection is not a sufficient cause and there must be something else. A fairy tale with complex terminology is still a fairy tale, after all.
No, things don;t become clearer. Weve unearthed vast quantities of dirt and fossils over the last 150 years, and the fossil record is exactly what Huxley feared it might be. You can assume there were billions of happy accidents that added superfluous new genetic material, were not terminal mutations as usually occurs, gradually built up new species, and that time cures all. But I dont have that kind of blind faith. Neither do the myriad macro-evolutionists who admit natural selection is not a sufficient cause and there must be something else. A fairy tale with complex terminology is still a fairy tale, after all.
Gee, I can’t give a number to a myriad, can you. First, of course the fossil record isn’t complete. Look up how fossils are formed and preserved. There are no happy accidents, mutations may be frequent and random with many killing the organism but those which give the organism an advantage in the environment at the time are passed on.
Creationist and flood geologists are hung up on deep time. All the mountain ranges, flood plains, river valleys, and volcanos were created by a great flood. I guess that Einstein and Rutherford were silly heretics who tried to trick us into believing in radioactive decay and halflifes. Of course there is no such thing as plate tectonics, the observations and evidence are put there by satan to test us.
OK - please post your definite, specific answers here. Anything else will just expose evolution as the fallacy it is. Obfuscation will not suffice. All you have to do is go line by line through the website and give a credible answer for each of the questions. For example, what would be your answer to the following?
“3.3.1.1. A man and a woman are required for human sexual reproduction. What was the evolutionary stop immediately before human sexual reproduction evolved?”
Well? What was the evolutionary stop?
OK, I’ll give you the second one since the first one went unanswered:
“3.3.1.2. A mans body creates sperm, and a womans body creates eggs. What was the evolutionary stop immediately before the sperm and egg evolved?”
As I explained in the thread I linked to above, they're nonsense questions based on false premises. And I hate to disappoint you, but evolution doesn't rise or fall based on my willingness to play your stupid game.
As I said, these are questions evolutionists cannot (or, in your case, will not even try to) answer.
“Why does the Porridge Bird lay its egg in the air?” is another question evolutionists cannot answer. You should add it to your list.
