Meeting about the secret gun-running operation!!!
Am leaning toward meeting was to bird dog by the turk. Had to be certain Ambassador Stevens was there before beginning attack. turk walks back through attack line and relays message to attackers that the attacker’s target is inside. This is my opinion but (imho) is the strongest of the possibilities.
