I understand, but we can only influence the people to respect the constitution.
It is frustrating that half the people in this country do not understand the genius of the constitution.
The founders said it could only work in a God fearing nation.
The libs have been dismantling that all my life.
Obama is dismantling that at an astounding rate.
I am not sure if America is at a tipping point yet.
Most are to distracted with iphones and instant pizza delivery.

I say just try to stay away from anything that is overly refined.

I have a friend that is diabetic, and he just won’t stop eating glazed sugar donuts.
They had to chop part of his foot off, he just went blind in one eye and the other is in bad shape, but if somebody puts donuts out he grabs 3 or 4.
And he is an intelligent man, ans engineer.
The only ones I will eat are the old school cake donuts my great Granny taught me to make when I was a child, and I only eat those rarely.
Those glazed sugar bomb things make my blood sugar spike and then dive, and I am not diabetic.
