I have started to think that a primary objective of law enforcement operations is to so suddenly place oneself into lethal force situations that the intended victim has little-to-no opportunity to react and defuse the situation, ergo, justifying the cops use of lethal force. In other words, morphing into a justifiable yet pre-planned way to get away with murder. CONFRONTATION! Even the newspaper articles are using it these days.
They're being trained to CONFRONT at all costs. I imagine they're told that dozens, if not hundreds of their King's Men brethren are a mere radio call away.
Look at the swarms of officers that show up at a jaywalking "incident" these days.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.
That there is some TASTY substance (taxpeasant dollars)

She for trying to drive away from a police officer (never do this, folks) You're exactly right, but the problem is that there's a cop under every rock these days.
I'm wondering what the Founders would think of the "swarms of officers" EVERYWHERE they turned.
I'm not sure how to avoid them, because you DON'T want to come into contact with them.
They're like gang-bangers that you're FORCED to kow-tow to.

if she tried running the guy over after he asked her to stop, and she tried hitting him to where hes on thetrunk of anothercar and she hits the car, id kinda say his life is in actual danger.now if she just sped away and he opened fire on them i wouldnt be with him on that.
I believe that the witnesses are saying that he approached the car, realized that she was trying to drive away, then jumped on the hood of her car in a "prevent defense".
She continued, then he shot her. Her death reaction was to hammer the gas pedal.

It is the urgency scam of the days... from global warming and executive orders to cops who think they are all about emergency like legal paramedic social justice, the brutality of the urgency is all the crypto dictatorial rage these days. "Urgency scam"
I like the sound of that.

Just found out the DA here doesnt have the resources to investigate the case Spit on the sidewalk in front of the DA's house or the local judge's house, and you'll find out EXACTLY how many resources they've got.
For a King's Man gunthug, not so much.

Agreed.
If Deputy jumped on the hood of her car, his claims of being hit are blatant lies...
The video isn’t conclusive, but she had already made the turn and he was well out of range of being run over unless he did as you described.

How does one draw ones weapon while being run over. Good point. The local prosecutor will "forget" to ask that question, unfortunately.
If it was you or me as CCW holders, that question would be Front and Center.
The rules are different for King's Men.

Watch the video. From the time she makes the turn to the time he’s yelling “shots fired” is around 2 seconds. He had to have drawn his pistol while running to catch up to her car and fired almost immediately.
No warning.
How this isn’t murder is explained by the fact that he’s carrying a badge and nothing else...

Good morning.
I've seen this happen a dozen times on video over the past few years, from as many regions of the country, and it turns my stomach every time.
Seems like the frequency of such events has been increasing at an alarming rate.

Whether the Deputy was justified or not, how can he live with himself?

In this day and age of technology, they can always catch the perp later.
Cops need to wear cameras instead of guns and take snap shots like everyone else instead of sniping with guns. They are to report to people, not take law in own hands vigilante style.

It used to be that you’d only have to worry about the occasional “bad apple”. Now it seems like most all of them are rotten to the core.
