No , so they can go back to their jobs and family and not be a burden on YOU and ME... If they’re not hurting anyone or stealing from anyone why hurt them (and us)?
Do get all hung up on laws ,, after all the average person commits 3 FELONIES every day and innumerable misdemeanors .. on the average commute each day 17 traffic laws are broken ,, they make tens of thousands of new laws each year and compliance is literally impossible... YOU CAN’T EVEN NAME THE NEW LAWS IN YOUR STATE MUCH LESS NATIONAL LAWS...
