Justice Sotomayors dissent was actually longer than all the other opinions in the case combined, so that reading took a while. It ran to fifty-eight pages I understand. Sotomayor and obama show the folly of affirmative action and the damage such policies cause when such people attain positions of power.

Is it possible to impeach a supreme court judge?

Justice Antonin Scalia charges that Sotomayor's approach "promotes the noxious fiction that, knowing only a persons color or ethnicity, we can be sure that he has a predetermined set of policy 'interests,' thus reinforcing the perception that members of the same racial groupregardless of their age, education, economic status, or the community in which they livethink alike, and share the same political interests.Ugly in both mind and face, so true.

Sotomayor is clearly unfit to be a member of the highest court of the United States. She is the perfect example of why it is wrong to give preferential treatment to individuals based upon the color of their skin. Unfortunately this deliberate ‘mistake’ of appointing her to SCOTUS will have the desired effect for this socialist/fascist regime, of keeping rascism and fraudulent rulings on life support for decades to come.

You cannot stop racism by being racist.
You cannot end intolerance by being intolerant.
You cannot end fascism by being fascist.
You cannot end poverty by taking money away from people.
Simple laws of human nature that progressives lack the mental capacity to understand.
