Is there a question that there should not be an investigation? This man is a rep. all right---of racism, hate, victim privilege, and using his position to take authority over lives not connected with him.

And so we wanted to know what role Rep. Cummings or any of his staff had played in any of that and why Rep. Cummings undertook to misrepresent that he was conducting an investigation of True the Vote, which we think was in violation of House rules.Cummings has vociferously defended his actions, often calling the investigation by Republican Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa as disingenuous and painting any criticism of his actions as unfairly partisan. This has included taking shots at Mitchell herself. However, the release of Lois Lerners emails have cast significant doubt on the honesty and transparency of Cummingss intentions and motivations.
Those two statements are mutually exclusive. It screams for punishment. These criminal ignorant elected clowns have all got to be slapped down hard. Soon.
There are always the RICO laws. Anyone can file for prosecution, and this entire mess clearly defines RICO crimes.
Discovery under prosecution should be a real riot!

This SOB is repulsive and needs to be dug into. A lot of loud mouth bravado not backed up by much gray matter.
It appears that he's dirty and needs to pay a price for his actions of emulating Obama and Holder.
We bigger dan da law!

But don’t these ethics violation hearings always end up with a very mild rebuke that really is no penalty at all?
