“Why were the meetings behind closed doors ?”
low temperatures?
black flies?
fire codes?
They need to get the support of we the people. We need to be up in arms (literally a la Bunkerville) against tyrannical fascism! It is our constitutional right to defend our states, our families, our property, our industries, ourselves and our posterity against tyranny imposed by the federal government. It’s written into the Declaration and the Constitution. The first and second amendments were not included for making movies or duck hunting. They were included so that we the people are guaranteed the God-given right (and power) to enforce the Constitution and defend all of our God-given unalienable rights, including, but not limited to, the rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
No sorry. Their regs cover state, federal, county and even your personal property. Even the air we breath and the rain that falls from the heavens they believe they have the majesty to regulate.
Was Senator Reid there? He represents then people of Nevada so he would be intrested in the abuses of his constituents...
I’m a Capitalist/Libertarian all the way and view this problem through my personal top three priorities:
1. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights
2. The inherent rights of wildlife have to a habitable environment and the ability to forage and graze wherever they want to
3. Protection of the environment (but within the limits of the above priorities).
I just visited Montana and fell in love with the state, especially the grizzly bears! Grizzlies are actually very friendly, gentle creature in the wild and only turn aggressive when threatened. We should just stay out their way and ban hunting in that beautiful heaven on earth!
Welcome
good bye.
Teddy Roosevelt thought the same about the Kaibab deer.
I’m glad you think the Tortoise is worth saving. I do too. Note - the tortoise does BETTER in areas with cattle than without. (Cow manure, breaking up the soils, etc.)
Proposed Constitutional Amendment:
(1) The federal government may only own property rights in land for military institutions and government building for performing functions specifically enumerated in the Constitution.
(2) The square footage of any land used for buildings for performing functions specifically enumerated in the Constituion may be no more than nine times the square footage of such buildings and must be contiguous to the land on which such building resides.
(3) The District of Columbia is exempt from the foregoing provisions.
(4) All other property rights held by the federal government are hereby divested to the states.
Sagebrush rebellion part II: It’s a bout time!
Well, I guess they will just have to go the way of their creator, Nixon-down in flames...
I like that-works just great for me and everyone else out here-farmers, ranchers and other small business people in the country are taught sensible resource conservation from birth-we don’t need no steenkin’ EPA...
Ahaa! Treadwell is a great example for leaving the wildlife to be wildlife unless you want to be a meal...
Remember when Bill Clinton took made all that western land off limits for mining? The highest quality bituminous coal land? He was so proud of that. Obama seems to have finished off all the other types of coal mining. Aren’t they great?
Fine..then pass a state law that makes their citizens exempt from federal income tax withholding.
