After just four days of reporting and fact-checking the story, I don’t pretend to know all the facts. Overall, I am in no position to say whether Cummings behaved ethically.
But I do know there is no evidence that has been produced at this point for the accusations leveled against him as fact on “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday morning. I also know there was evidence available to “Fox & Friends” that Cummings’ staff could not have flagged True The Vote for the IRS.
You now know just how far our country has fallen after reading this. One does hardly know where to start the criticism. Here’s the reason why this country will fail because “the people” like this idiot now approximate the majority & a nation is only as good or bad as its people.
Think pelosi’s unsubstantiated charges against all republicans that they want the poor to remain poor, and who would be for amnesty if it were for “the Irish,” or Reid and his “domestic terrorists.”
Hard to feel sorry for Cummings, whose corruption has been on display for some time now.

They've already done so, against the AP & James Rosen on Fox. I always thought that in order to get a warrant for wiretaps, you had to file a sworn affidavit to a judge that a criminal act is in progress. Holder did get a wiretap warrant from a federal judge, but later he claimed that he never thought Rosen was actually a "criminal." Isn't that the definition of perjury?
