Democrat comment on Obamacare = "The Emporers New Clothes" story book.
Too afraid to state the obvious.

If they want to go and sell lousy government-dictated insurance in a marketplace you can buy from only once a year, the Democrats can be our guest.
They’re in deep denial.

The only way to defend Obamascam is to lie about it. It worked in 2012 for the Rats, and with our advocate media it might work again in 2014.

Defend Obamacare unabashedly, some Democrats say ["some"] == ["not running this year"]

The big lie has been busted already. How many more lies can they tell to bring back any semblance of legitimacy?

They will defend it until the new insurance rates for 2015 are published in July or August - then they’ll run for the hills ...

Any True Believer would defend it enthusiastically, without hesitation or doubt. The rest should be purged from the Party.

Because everyone will believe television over their real life dying friends and relatives.
The old addage that you can fool all of the people some of the time and some of the people all of the time intrinsically admits that there are circumstances where fooling all of the people is not possible.

The architects of Obamacare never thought that they could long fool the public into believing that the scheme provided functional medical care.
They did believe that things would fall apart gradually and that they would be able to shift the blame to the Republicans and harness the anger generated.
They miscalculated.
Had they gotten Romney into office the blame would still have gone where they desired.
Someone posted the following quote on another thread:
“If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures.” - Alexander Hamilton

The number of people have dead and dying relatives this November because of Obama care is going to be a tiny number. They are hoping they can lie and spin with the majority of voters, and based on past experience, they may get away with it, look at how they were able to take a victory lap about the fictitious 7 million enrolled and have the MSN declare it a huge success. Will it work? I doubt it, but what alternative do they have?
