Hi MagnoliaB,
Gotta say that Cummings’ demeanor was quite different today. He looked like a little girl who had just suffered a severe spanking from her daddy.
If you happen to get your request met, will you please ping me? I’d love to see it, too.
Warm Regards,
SC
Eric WithHolder will not prosecute IRS Gangster Lois Lerner, of course, and even if he did, Barack Al-Obama would likely pardon her for her Federal crimes. But, can she be prosecuted in any STATE courts??
What show did you see him on? I’d love to see that. I will certainly ping you if I find a montage.
5.56mm
I was referring to the House Oversight hearing held today on the contempt of Lois Lerner, Magnolia. It’s up on c-span (in 2 parts) and I will send you a if you like. It’s many hours long.
My husband just informed me that Sebelius is now resigning.
Goodness. So much going on at once. Going to find a link to that now. Would you like it?
Yes, this explains his hysterical reactions.
Thanks for the ping.
You blame Republican for this? Did you read the article? Your concern is misplaced...
This goes a long way toward explaining why Cummings threw his tantrum at the hearing last month. Fat boy is in the middle of the whole IRS scandal. Issa was taking flak because he was over the target. Cummings.
“You blame Republican for this? Did you read the article? Your concern is misplaced...”
Sorry, but McCain/Boehner/McConnell and everybody else have been picking their noses for YEARS while IRS sabotages TEA PARTY groups right in front of them.
They cannot play dumb yet again.
Every day they wake up, make scrambled eggs, and get ‘shocked’ all over again to learn that IRS is abusing its authority by persecuting people based on religious/political views.
BOTH so-called parties (actually 1 big party, posing as 2 parties) want TEA destroyed b/c TEA challenges their monopoly.
In the minds of GOP/DEMS, this is their plantation, and we’re just living on it.
don’t forget false statement act
18 USC 1001
(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully
(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;
(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or
(3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;
shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both. If the matter relates to an offense under chapter 109A, 109B, 110, or 117, or section 1591, then the term of imprisonment imposed under this section shall be not more than 8 years.
(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to a party to a judicial proceeding, or that partys counsel, for statements, representations, writings or documents submitted by such party or counsel to a judge or magistrate in that proceeding.
(c) With respect to any matter within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch, subsection (a) shall apply only to
(1) administrative matters, including a claim for payment, a matter related to the procurement of property or services, personnel or employment practices, or support services, or a document required by law, rule, or regulation to be submitted to the Congress or any office or officer within the legislative branch; or
(2) any investigation or review, conducted pursuant to the authority of any committee, subcommittee, commission or office of the Congress, consistent with applicable rules of the House or Senate.
Thank you!
You’re coming across like a democrat...
There is some good indications that the Repub establishment knew this was happening and ignored it. They do NOT think of the Teaparty as their friends. If you think anything else you are deluding yourself.
The Democrats obviously see the Tea Party and Conservatives as their biggest threat. Why doesn’t the GOP?
No, I’m not ‘coming across as a democrat,’ I’m coming across as a TEA supporter who recognizes BOTH the GOP and Dems want TEA destroyed to preserve their fiefdom.
If you’ve been engaged to shill for McCain/Boehner/Lindsey and the other traitors, you have an uphill battle bc their betrayal of patriots and the Constitution has been obvious every day for years.
They’re not fooling anybody, and neither are you.
You sound like a Rove type. Have a great day trying to convince ppl to support a party that has contempt for them.
I’m Tea Party too - I just want you to spend equal time trashing Democrats as Republicans. Read some of your recent comments and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Then read some of mine.
