Remember, only Republicans could ever do something like this, if true. Only Bush can warmonger, too, if true. /sarcsam
Obama: he’s the Peace Prize president, right?
/more sarcasm.
I wonder if McCain will go back over there and pose with that Svoboda leader again?
Never, and he never posed with anyone in Syria, either, too.
Rand Paul lied! /s.
Conservatives lied about that McCain/Syrian soldiers (whatever they were) picture pose thingy, right? /s.
Putin has learned the best of the Democrat tricks—Astro turfing and using Rent-A-Mobs.
One of the things they do IS provide executive protection services. That may be what they are doing there. OR, they may be U.S. surrogates. OR, they may have been hired by Ukraine.
So, I can assume that the anti-war brigade that hounded every step of the Bush administration is going to be just as vocal in their opposition to Obama’s warmongering?
What, you mean we’re not going to see John Kerry, Harry Reid, and all their friends in the halls of government loudly denouncing the president? Darn, here I was expecting liberals to hold a liberal to the same standard of behavior they used for a conservative.
To prevent duplication, please do not alter the published headline, thx.
Mr. Skittles has been poking the American people for years now and they’ve not rose up. Perhaps in his messianic thoughts, he thought he could just poke the Russian Bear with impunity like he has with the American people? Unlike the American people, the bear woke up leaving Mr. Skittles in utter shock, awe and terror. Yes Sir! Mr. Skittles. That’s a real, live bear and it will tear you to shreds if you keep poking it. Maybe poking that bear was not such a good messianic idea after all. Let’s go poke the American people again instead. At what point will they rise up too?
Well catch a few and water board them till they break. That`ll prove or disprove the point.
Of course the Greystone will deny their men are there. That’s how they work...we’re not suppose to know who they are or where they are. They’d never admit where they have been or going to...and should they do so it’s a distraction.
Obama will deny as his track history says. He can’t be believed about anything anyway. I’m not even sure why he’s even mentioned anymore.
Greystone was a name change for BlackStone, I think it was called. Remember they were in Iraq and the liberals had kissy fits about that.
yea-uh....
Looks like we have some ObamaBots here at FR falling in line with him and surrendering to Obama’s will.
Sad.
Gee, you really think they’d admit it, if it were true?
Jay Carney apparently denied it in this ABC News report.
I believe him.
Didn’t he say, too, that we could keep our doctor if we liked him?
See, Carney can be trusted.
/sarcasm.
Blackwater. A bunch of Scott Coleman type characters.
Well as long as it’s not Halliburton. [/sarc]
LOL.
At any rate...I see no reason not to believe they are there in some capacity....who's actually hired them is another story, but just as nations have their “special forces” I think also nations use whatever means is available to affect an outcome favorable to their agenda.
In Ukraine's case there are many armed and otherwise groups in Ukraine...homegrown and foreign... hooking up together as well as operating separately...and some of these have their own personal agendas.
Then you have the media spinsters and propaganda “naming” and “blaming”.....social networks infiltrated with personnel to affect conversations.....and then there's the US/EU and Russia ‘leadership’ and politicians all chiming in and pointing the finger.
No matter how any look at this now...the dust is still in the air and the ultimate outcome questionable to say the least. All being said is basically speculation at this point.
What we definitely know is the US cannot claim “vital Interest” in Ukraine.....it's involvement is an extension of EU’s Interests and Nato involvement.....and of course McCain's personal involvement to protect his personal interests in Ukraine. Likely other politicians as well.
