And America has $108 trillion reasons for pessimism. We can all volunteer while we get paid transfer payments from the Welfare State, at least until the suckers stop lending us money and the last “rich” person leaves.

I spoke in Johnstown at the Chamber of Commerce annual dinner. I met many good hardworking people who devote a lot of time, energy, money and talent to making their community a better place to live and work.
Yeah, but they've survived the past 35 years by repeatedly sending John Murtha to Congress to steal for them and ship the booty back home.
