My mom fed me the line of feminist crap.
I realized she was a hypocrite when I wanted to join the JAG Corps and she wanted me to go to some “workshop” about non traditional careers for women. I said “JAG is a non-traditional career for women”. She would have liked it better if I opened a macrame store.
I had to figure out on my own that having kids and crating a nurturing home was the ultimate good. When I figured it out, I was livid with her stupidity.
So, the evil can be taught, but eventually its students might call it on the lie.

===============================

Your mother bequeathed you with two things:
the brains to figure out that she was wrong and
the backbone to follow your own conscience and path.

Honest question: Was there no father in your life?
Usually dads teach us to deal with adult authority, both male and female. Dads are really indispensable for this task.

Your mother wasn't stupid, she was, my guess is, foolish and arrogant. The "leader" of the seven deadly sins is pride (arrogance).

THANK YOU. Share with your friends. Ask them to share with their friends.

It starts with one. Am reading on other sites, many doing the same

What if the sin is so intrinsic to the sinner’s identity that the sin cannot be differentiated from the sinner?

A long time ago I asked that same question of a priest, an old guy. He said that it shows a malformed conscience.
Perhaps that's one for God to finally decide.

Also, given the society we live in I find it hard to believe that the intrinsic sin can't be "figured out," undone or mitigated in some way. That ability is "intrinsic" to humans: we can change, if we really want to. We aren't "old dogs" who are unable to learn new behaviors.

Just an opinion.

It sounds as if he was mother's "Yes and amen male."
I use the word "male" instead of "man" because it shows who "wore the pants," so to speak, in that family.

However, half of your genes are his. I wonder how that played out in your decision.

“I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganizing; and a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress while producing confusion, inefficiency, and demoralization.

Petronius Arbiter, 210 B.C.

Bammy and his Regime of queers & Muslims is walking talking proof that Petronius was correct.

"What if the sin is so intrinsic to the sinner’s identity that the sin cannot be differentiated from the sinner?" Of course you are correct. Tolerance does not require to be tolerant of intolerance.

In my personal work, i have much dealings with the homosexual community for many many years. Most good upstanding and fine folks. Misguided but good people who work very hard. However, I have also had to deal with homosexuals that am pretty sure are demonic possessed. Am thinking thats what we have happening. This is nothing less than demonic behaviour..

He was a Catholic journalist who fought against the Bishops, he had his own resentment against capitalists and despised every boss he had. Lots of getting fired and insecurity.

It was not a pretty picture.

“The Silent Church will bring down America.”

Of course the “Church” is silent - the clergy is busy empire building, debauching alter boys and whatever female they can manage. All denominations seem to have this problem.

In the final analysis, the members always had to deal with rogue clergy and the present is no different than the past. As it is with government, so it is with religions and churches - like fish, the rot always starts at the top.

Chop, chop!

Islam is war plan masquerading as a religion. Its ‘leaders’ are preoccupied with boys, bombs and small livestock.

What was the CEO's crime? He supported a pro-marriage ballot measure that was passed by the majority of California voters. Those who were once the promoters of tolerance and diversity have now become the haters, the persecutors, and McCarthyites. They are now asking the question: "Do you NOW. . or have you EVER . . supported traditional marriage?"

The Oregonian published an article today pointing and targeting the traditional marriage views of a new business owner. The gaystopo is alive and well.

I disagree with the approach this Eich guy took.

He should have refused to resign, and held a press conference where he spoke glowingly of gay rights and revealed his new-found support for gay marriage, even pledging to give $2000 to gay rights organizations, go through sensitivity training, give repentance speeches to gay youth groups, etc.

All the while using his eyelids to blink out “TORTURE” in Morse Code ..

I’ve been using Google Chrome at work, so I installed that at home. I know, probably not much better politically, but I don’t know who is.

You had it coming from both sides, didn't you?

Kudos for your backbone and courage to follow your own path.

I hope your parents find peace. Maybe your father will discover some day that true peace comes from our Lord. It's never too late for that realization to become a reality.
He needs some heavy duty prayers, don't you think?

“They have declared their hatred of me, he considers me an enemy...”

The late David Wilkerson (Sword & the Switchblade) received a vision from the Lord in the early 70s concerning last days. It was so vivid, he was led to write it in a book enetitled “The Vision.”

Everything has come to pass in this vision, including nude dancing in the church.

It takes about 40 minutes to listen to all parts of the sermon. Christians are in for a wild ride. Pray for the persecuted church. (us)
