the mythical, despicable chupacabra and the lady with the scariest hair, both first in the state of Tejas.

The way it sits on its hind legs, and the look of its front paws are similar to a kangaroo. Even the tail is long like a kangaroo’s.

Not sure why people can’t identify a raccoon.

Yep...canine’s do not eat out of *fingered* hands. The *scientist* in the vid says it’s a canine, but I disagree. That growl was really spooky sounding, too.

It’s very obviously a raccoon, though.

"I was surprised how small the animal was."

Me too. The lady said she discovered it sitting up on a wooden perch in the tree eating corn from a feeder. I wonder how it got up there. Jumped or climbed?

Looks like a Wallaby I saw years ago in Perth, Austrailia.
Sort of a mini-me Kangaroo.

There is a DeWitt County in Texas. But there is no Ratcliffe in DeWitt County — or anywhere else in Texas.

You’d be growling too if you lost all your nice raccoon hair and turned 12 kinds of ugly.

Very strong jumping/crouching muscles. But it’s bite is small.. why do Mexicans fear it so? And it eats corn?

I need to see its mouth opened.

it looks like some kind of marsupial like a possum, crossed with racoon, crossed with a giant rat..whatever it is sure doesn’t look like any known species... it’s sure looks to fit for what people claim is the chupacabra...dam if this is true its like finding a real life Bigfoot

“The animal in the cage as best I can tell from the view is some sort of a small canine,” Brent Ortego, Wildlife Diversity Biologist with Texas Parks and Wildlife, said.

LOL, this “scientist” probably believes in globull warming too.

Canine? Has this idiot ever seen a dog? This critter has FINGERS! Hunched back and huge teeth. It looks just like the dead one that lady had stuffed and tested it’s DNA and found out it was a new species.

I have seen a dash cam video of one running down a road and it looked exactly like this one.

Raccoon? WHAT? It’s not a BIRD either!
