No snow here, currently 69 at the Kansas City Downtown Airport:-)
Pretty much a wonderful, weather-wise, weekend here at the alfa6 castle. A couple of my kids helped me get the grandkids playground dismantled. Kind of the end of an era here ;-(

I took our playground down last summer. It had faithfully served our kids and 5 cousins for 15+ years.
The backyard is sure different without it.
I used to buy pallets back in early/mid-2000s when it was plentiful and cheap, and it was delivered by UPS semi to my Farm Business. I still buy 1,000-rnd cases occasionally, but not as frequently.
Ammoman.com in NJ doesn’t charge shipping, FYI.
Roger That!!!
Not sure what I am going to do with the space, I have a fair size divot to fill in under the swings and of course I had to dig out the sand box, I think we put in 3 tons and did not quite fill the 8' x 8' box.

This caller never heard of chokes.
Bolt action shotgun for home defense?
That 50th,
Improved sights,
muzzle brake,
pictinny rail,
barrel length is My Question,
16 in would be sweet.
The Mrs. posted a picture of an in-ground fire ring on facebook a while back. I'm guessing that was a hint for me.
I’m back.
strange that Ammo Man is located in a place like NJ
I’m always amazed at what the callers know/don’t know.
Not something I’d choose for home defense.
I’m still wondering why Kimber’s still in NYS, too.
Gun Talk’s “4th Hour” is here:

Good question. Why is one of the premier gun manufacturers in a place that is so gun adverse?
A Firenado! Very cool.
Sharknado!
My FFL says the Kimber Rep says they’ve been looking for an out-of-state facility for almost 2yrs, and are close to deciding, but want to dot-i’s and cross-t’s before they announce. Hell, I could have had it done in >1yr. They knew this crap was coming; they should have been well ahead of it.
Have a good, safe week, all! Signing off...
Send them here. Send them to me.
Texas is a natural choice; the Kimber rep didn’t/wouldn’t say which states they were considering. Boards of directors seem to take forever to make a relocation decision, based upon states’ bids and incentives.
