Incorrect. You are not playing against the computer, so the computer can’t deal itself any cards or win the game. The computer is only the dealer, and the dealer gets the same percentage of the pot no matter which of the human players win.

No, it says those are reserved to the States, OR to the people.

You’re right. Wouldn’t want online gaming to compete with St. Aloysius bingo nights or the Pottawatomie Band of the Pawnee Tribe’s 24/7 bingo operations.

However with the US ceding control of the internet to other nations will they still have control over gamblers in the US who want to play on overseas websites?

As long as they still control the banks and what the banks can and can’t process in the way of transactions, they’ll succeed in blocking online.

Yeah, that’s the key. You can play online poker all you want right now, and nobody will prosecute you. Just good luck trying to get your money into or out of your account at the online casino.

This shit cost us a lot of votes in 2006.

Jim Leach, R-Iowa, wasn't much of a loss. He sponsored it and endorsed Obama in 2008, but losing two seats from Montana and Virginia and control of the Senate hurt big time. We screwed libertarians needlessly, and they made a point running Libertarians in those Senate races
