I do too. Sad and pathetic.
Want more proof? Read “This Town” to get just how entrenched Barbour is in the establishment. He was even a lobbying partner with Terry McCauliffe.
Wagner attributed his win in great part to the relentlessly negative attacks on him by the local and state GOP party establishments.
Repent, America.
Dang, how in the heck is Barbour still relevant? The man pardoned murderers & rapists. Saw on the Investigative Discovery channel the sad tale of one woman murdered by a man Barbour pardoned.
This mentality needs to spread across the nation!!!The days of Boss Hogg must be over, if we are to exist as free men & women!!!
No price is too high to pay..............
Nice going, Tea Party. That message is precisely what catapulted David Jolly to victory in Florida (against a Dummycrat).
Jolly's campaign ad referenced lock-stepping Dems (who marched smartly to der leader's dictates and passed laws HE wanted-----the O/Care debacle was passed by an historic lock-stepping straight Democrat party-line vote.
Jolly's ad cautioned voters that the district needed a rep who will defend THEIR interests---NOT those of Obama.
HELPFUL HINT The race also maximized voter turnout by exploiting the dismal fact that Nancy Pelosi might get back in power if they didn't vote.
If you have not read the book, do so because that is the ultimate tone of everything this guy writes about in it. Did you know that one person, one person writes all of the contracts for all of the talking heads on the cable news shows? They don’t get to be a whatever strategist unless they pay for a contract with this guy. Last name is Bennett or Barnett and is not connected to the Bill Bennett family.
Interesting...certainly makes sense.
Watching those ads you'd have thought Wagner was the villainous scum of the earth!
Refer back to the York County, PA special election on Tuesday for a state senate seat. The establishment picked their guy and all of a sudden here comes a businessman who mounted a write-in campaign. The write-in guy won it by a large margin and the tactics against him sound to be the same they are doing in Miss.
The DC establishment is about nothing but keeping power for the consultants and smearing anybody who tries to challenge them. As far as I’m concerned, any of them that have been there for more than 10 years, out they go.
I believe the seat belongs to the state, but I’m old fashioned that way, 17th Amendment be damned.
Didn’t Barbour pardon murderers after they were jailed only a few years?
Mississippi ping
Looks to me like York voters think for themselves-—that’s what living under demonic Democratic rule will do to a person.
Governor Haley Barbour Pardons
Note how many convicted murderers are listed at the second link. There's also a healthy dose of DUI's causing death and felony aggravated assaults.
I was just thinking the same thing. How times and things have changed.
I think we are just seeing his true colors. In the past he was able to fool the voters.
It is time to wise up and vote his kind out of office.
We need statesmen, not politicians
