Hawaii from what I have read.
Living about 150 miles away, I find the place impossible to explain. Expensive real estate, high taxes of all types, high cost of living, lots of crime, lousy weather much of the year, etc.
I can't really understand how so many people find living there rewarding.
There should be an educational program set up for all immigrants from Democrat/communist states. Leave that crap that ruined your economies behind. Don’t bring it with you.
The problem I see is that deep blue states who have libs migrate out to pollute other states seem to get even more blue. It’s definitely NOT a zero sum game.
California, New York, etc.
Anyone I know who left NJ for AZ is far to the right of Pat Buchanan (and they love it there). They will never come back to the northeast, and don’t understand why anyone would stay here.

While they definitely bring their godless social liberalism with them, they also don’t want to re=create the issues that drove them from here to begin with (bloated public payrolls and masses of unassimilated minorities for whom they have to provide food, clothing, shelter, and schooling). Heck, even when they stay here they want to cut those things out (at least the whites in NY and NJ).
Tell your friend that Cat has a huge engine plant in Seguin Texas. Might be a lead.
