I think the procedure for getting out of Obamacare once one has signed up for it is exactly the same as the procedure for getting out of "Social Security" once one had signed up for
that.
Death is the only escape.

From what I’ve read elsewhere, this payment is automatically deducted from his bank account.
Close the account, open a new one with different bank account numbers. End of problem.

I was told I would be on my employer’s plan by February, but lo and behold, Obamacare muddled things up, so now I have to wait until November.
I was considering taking something from the healthcare.gov website until then (only considering really. I don’t trust the site at all), but now I think I’ll just wait and take the chance.

They are stealthily putting people into state medicare so they can seize the patients assets when they die. They even seize homes when the spouse is still living in it!! It is purposeful and insidious.
