With all due respect basil, I'm glad that I don't share your pessimism about what patriots and former Obama supporters can do in 2014 elections.
From a related thread ...
If patriots and former Obama supporters can organize to elect 2/3 conservative majority control of each House of Congress in 2014 elections, then Congress will be positioned as follows.
Congress controlled by a conservative supermajority will have the power, under the Constitution's Section 2 of Clause 7 of Article I, to override presidential vetoes. This means that Congress will be able to repeal constitutionally indefensible Obamacare Democratcare, for example, without Obama's signature.
Note that Congress has used its power to override presidential vetoes as recently as Bushes 41 & 43 and Clinton.

Also note that the pages at the following links show voter frustration with Obama and Senate.
FR: Poll: 71% of Obama voters, 55% Democrats 'regret' voting for his re-election
With all due respect lepton, I didn't say anything about Republicans versus Democrats. I'm careful to mention "conservatives." This is because Congress has used its power to override presidential vetoes as recently as recently as Bushes 41 & 43 and Clinton.

I have my doubts about what RINOs will do.
I had considered your use of the word ‘conservative’. I still come to the same conclusion.
That said, perhaps some Dems and non-conservative Repubs can be intimidated into doing the right thing.
Sounds like time for writs of mandamus from federal judges when partisan elected officials refuse to carry out their duties.
We don’t need no stinking laws.
From your mouth to God’s ear ..
Most lawless administration in history
