Senator TED CRUZ is doing exactly what I expected him to do, when I voted to send him to the United States Senate.

My other member of the Senate is doing absolutely NOTHING that I sent him to do. As a result, I will be voting to send John Wayne McCornyn back home to Texas or where ever else he decides to go upon clearing out his office.

I saw that asshat on Hannity last night. What a self centered egotistical jerk off.

All he could whine about was that Cruz didn’t tell the “leadership” what his plan was before he did anything. That and the fact that they were hearing from their voters
unhappy about the fact that they were not helping Cruz.

Like he is dumb enough to not figure out John McCain, Bitchy McConnell, Kelly Ayotte etc. wouldn’t either torpedo his attempt or go whine to the press off the record to smear him before he did it.

Actually my recollection is that Ross Perot had taken the lead in the polls amongst the three candidates AND then he dropped out. He was merely a stalking horse for Bill Clinton to divert votes away from George the First. Once he got in the lead he dropped out of the race. Clinton had a large lead, but then Bush clawed back into the race. At that time Perot jumped back into the race (probably at Clinton's beckoning. Or maybe Perot just hated Bush's guts), but given his earlier dropout he had the 'flake' label applied to him, and he merely diverted enough votes away from Bush to ensure Clinton's election.

Given the state of both Parties, and the mess we are in - a serious Third Party candidate could win.

That said, 'given the mess we are in', and the size of the Government bloat ... I don't know if it matters who we elect as President. It will be David vs. Goliath redux.
