That is the way it was. My insurance quit paying for an inhaler, sent the doc, me and pharmacy letters telling us what I was to take. It was not even top tier in 2013 while they were paying for it.

There are a lot of counterfeit drugs out there in the foreign market and extended release for Seroquel XR is even more problematic.

True about the occasional counterfeit drugs and that’s why you have to investigate the channel. Obtaining drugs from Sun Pharma is natural for my wife since that is what she grew up with. Between us we have not encountered any suspect counterfeits or adulterated drugs. The small risk I see as less problematic than going without. Typically with these you would know quickly if the therapeutic effect was lacking.

Again my wife and I haven't encountered this in many decades of use of over-seas pharmaceuticals. To each his own. If it comes to that and you feel it is better for your relative to go without, so be it.
