Here’s how you’ll know that people are starting to use dash-cams of their own: The cops will try to outlaw them, like radar detectors.
The only hope for the Bloomfield Police Department is if the three cops (notice I did not call those people “police officers”) do time for felony assault and falsifying records and are fired from their jobs.
Prediction 1: Anyone convicted of any crime who was arrested by any one of those three cops and convicted is going to file for a new trial. The majority of those petitions will be granted.
Prediction 2: Anyone not yet tried who was arrested by any one of those three cops and convicted is going to petition for the dash cam videos. The majority of those people will be released with the charges dropped.
Comment: The criminal element in Bloomfield, New Jersey consists largely of members of the police department.
If at first, they then sat on the info.
If after the indictment, then they are also derelict in their duty.

No, it's just another in a never ending line of incidents involving the corrupt enforcement side of government, which were only caught after their criminal coverup was exposed...
This type of heavy handed criminal tactics by the enforcement side of government is going on everyday, in every state and town in this country.
I can speak to that. I was once involved in a case where it became clear that the accuser was making false claims; to the point that the police testified for the defense. The prosecution hid grand jury testimony/perjury of the accuser that was exculpatory evidence from the defense; until the very last minute should they violate any Brady law and keep their licenses.
Are the cops actually getting worse, or is it because videos and security photos are becoming ubiquitous?
Or is it a combination of the two: it’s getting worse *because* videos are everywhere (IE, being taped is actually *encouraging* the malfeasance)? Do rookies watch these videos and think, “Gosh, I didn’t know I could punch somebody that way and not leave a mark. I’ll have to practice that.”?
So, did anything happen to the Prosecutor for that?
“Comment: The criminal element in Bloomfield, New Jersey consists largely of members of the police department.”
The “citizens” of New Jersey should be ashamed to have allowed their state to descend to the depths of depravity in which it sits today. “Law Enforcement” and Organized Crime there are one in the same. Common thread, Unions!
Sadly no. It was the DoJ and they simply removed the prosecutors and sent in a experienced (and honest) one to clean up the mess. Its known in DC that the DoJ does not like to get poked in the eye, and in cases like this, they circle the wagons and might even retaliate.
Your joking right?
Just a few decades ago did cops use armored/military vehicles, in even small towns? Did they have commando teams the same of units in the military?
Does these people look like the friendly neighbor police officers you saw when you were a kid?
I think you can answer this yourself...
“The cops will try to outlaw them, like radar detectors.”
I almost said something to that effect in my post.
Someone said to me here on this subject that stuff like this always went on, but it’s only now coming to light with phone cameras, etc.
I don’t know which is worse, if these outrages have always been happening, or if they are something new.
And so many of these cops are white, and so many of the victims are white, I don’t think we can blame Obama or Holder (although I’d be happy to blame Holder for a cloudy day if you know what I mean).
well, little barry the bastrd boy said his regime needed an army as well equipped as the US military ... I tend to believe that prophecy was aimed at the oligarchs, to let them know he would put in place the pacification force needed to protect the oligarchs when the coming collapse ‘cleans up the scene’ using starvation, disease, and die-offs to bring the populace more into line with the Agenda 21 desires. The force will protect the oligarchs then project force upon the survivors setting up the new world order. And it is all being done openly right before our eyes without We The People seeing it, ignoring it as if it will stop or go away if we ignore it!
None of this started under the current dictatorship.
Marcus Jeter, 30, has been cleared of all charges against him after a dashcam video from the police officers' vehicle surfaced.
It all began when police were called to Jeters home in Bloomfield, New Jersey. After a brief conversation, Jeter left his residence as no charges were filed.
Jeter was driving down the Garden State Highway when everything suddenly changed.
Police cars flashed their lights at his vehicle, and when Jeter pulled over they emerged from the vehicle with weapons drawn, reports Mod Vive.
Jeter did not immediately get out of the vehicle, but did put his hands up as instructed.
In an interview with ABCs Sarah Wallace, Jeter describes what happened:
Sarah: Why didn't you get out of the car?"
Jeter: "Because I was afraid. There was a cop on my right with a gun, a cop on the other side with a shotgun. I'm afraid I might get shot."
Officers then used force against Jeter.
I pointed to little bastard barry’s regime because the establishment of that force means there will not be another true election and the collapse is scheduled for from now to 2016. The established force will not be allowed to stagnate, not after getting so much into place so quickly.
Good point. I haven’t been to the small town I’m from in quite a long time, and I haven’t seen these goons (like in your picture) much in the larger place I live in now, so I clearly have not been paying enough attention. That wasn’t what I was driving at anyway....
I’m primarily wondering if the day-to-day, traffic police type encounters are getting worse. Are they dragging speeders out of cars and body-slamming them more, that sort of thing.
That's my question as well.
