Of course the GOP could put a stop to this, but they won’t.
Do it. We are standing right in front of you. Bring it on.

Hear! Hear! It bears repeating.
Time to mail bomb the elected reps to rein in the anti-Constitutional EPA.
Bring jobs back from China.
Step two:
Buy things made in America.
“........They say that the technology is not commercially available. These claims are scare tactics,” Rep. HenryWaxman, D-Calif.,......”
Speaking of “scare tactics”. Waxman IS one. Make a million selling “Waxman Masks” at Halloween, or a talking “Waxman Ghoul” that repeats Waxman’s idiocies.
You nailed that, Waxman is scary in many more ways than one. Thank G-d he’s finally going to retire.
No, they won't. The GOP is just another extension of the rat party.
The republicans need to defund the E.P.A.If they can’t do that they need to place some serious controls on what it can do without Congressional authority.
Absolutely...Over the years Congress has ceded much of their authority by inaction to the EPA when the EPA has stepped over the line.
America needs to grow some balls and push back.
Since the current regime in power is lawless, and had demonstrated itself thus time and again, we should not have to follow ANY so-called “laws” they pass. NONE.
Any edict or law from the alphabets needs to be IGNORED and DEFIED.
Mine the coal. Ship the coal to power plants.
Use citizen militia and local sheriffs to guard power plants - refuse entry for ANY federal official and arrest any feds trespassing. Use deadly force if necessary.
If they want a war, let them come and impose it by force (which they of course will).
Recall our heritage. Our forbears DEFIED the Crown. They REFUSED TO COMPLY. They dumped the tea in the harbor. They forced the rulers to show the true tyranny it sought to impose.
We should do the same. It’s a win-win for liberty and cheaper utility bills.
Careful what you wish for.
It’s time for states to move against the EPA and give these Nazis 24 hours to leave or suffer serious consequences, starting with jail time for treason. Yes, states can write laws against treason and sedition.
Except they don't like fracking either. Or nuclear. Or domestic petroleum. Every form of energy has some fatal flaw in their view, except the stuff that expensive, sold by Obama's butt-buddies, and doesn't work, or else the stuff you have to buy at exorbitant prices from your sworn enemies.
The Peoples Republic of China is the worlds largest consumer of coal, using more coal each year than the United States, the European Union, and Japan combined.[1] Coal power has been the dominant source of energy used to fuel the rapid economic development of China in the past two decades, with significant impact on its physical environment and human population. China relies on coal power for approximately 70-80% of its energy, with 45% used for the industrial sector and the remainder used to generate electricity.[2] By 2010, China comprised 48% of world coal consumption.[3]
China's coal production has more than doubled since 1990, from one billion tonnes then[4] to 2.72 billion in 2008
,,,,and this gem:
China's hunger for energy and electricity is so high that China plans to build coal-fire power plants at almost one a week in the next decade.
and....
Illegal Power Plants, Coal Mines In China Pose Challenge for Beijing
One fifth of the power plants in China are illegal, according to government estimates -- enough to light up all of the U.K. While the electricity they supply is essential to power China's growth
You’re correct and with the increased demand for natural gas the price will rise considerably.
Renewable energy is too expensive now and there are big subsidies from taxpayers, think what that price would be without subsidies.
I’m against strip coal and for Thorium reactors.
Yep...I wonder how long they can go with the pollution they have now, let alone what that pollution will be in another decade.
