Tried that last year. Thousands showed up to protest “assault rifle” ban. The line to testify was 2,000 long when I got there. Testimony to the house was cut off. Later testimony to the senate ran till 3am. Only 12 people were in favor. We were completely ignored.
already been done.its called mud.
Yes, we as a society have gotten off of the track of righteousness, which is furnished to us sinners in God.
Without an allegiance to God, we are left with the ugly enemy of God’s grace, which is pride. And pride can get pretty damned (word intended) shortsighted. Ah, look at the wonderful cop-in-a-box! Except he isn’t in a box except of his own construction, out of the devil’s hate.
It’s only through renewed personal allegiance to God (which in the modern, Christian covenant is individual, and not an institutional thing) that America can be blessed again.
Gladly, I see all kinds of signs that the Lord hasn’t given up yet. Our troubles are chastenings, warning us of the hell towards which we’ve been sailing. A wholehearted call upon the Lord can still save the day, and evangelists are needed to exhort people to do this. Evangelists are not just a yesteryear phenomenon. They are as modern as today.
It’s only two or three or four goof counties in every one of those states. There’s no rational reason to let the fools have all of Md., all of NY, or all of Pa.
When mud is outlawed only outlaws will have mud. Ban tractor pulls. For the children.
