The "judge" is an idiot. She was trying to tell Officer Jackboot the guy he was beating up just had open-heart surgery. I'm not sure what more she could have done to get big, bad Officer Jackboot to stop beating him up.

Until there are civil penalties this stuff will just continue. There are good cops out there, but bad policies.
Sovereign immunity is unconstitutional. It’s judgemade law.
