That’s like Lenin appointing Trotsky to investigate Felix Dzerzhinsky’s Cheka. Totally legit...

Where the xxxx is Congress on this? What happened to Congressional oversight? Hearnings, select committees, etc?

I’m sure a left wing hack like Podesta will craft a report that blames Republicans for this.

What good is having a Repub majority in Congress if they offer no opposition or oversight?

Exactly, my thoughts and, given his assignment, he’s a consigliere di guerra.

True - the silly thing is that profiling is the dirty little secret that practically everyone knows about. Take Jackson and Sharpton as examples - that’s know they make money - by profiling big time. If it’s black on white - not a problem; if it’s white on black all hell happens. Of course, black on black doesn’t count at all. Also practiced by Obama.

Another useless time wasting commission. The kenyan is trying to run out the clock so whatever changes are made to the NSA will not apply to him. He will continue using all the tools the NSA has to spy on us.
