It’s about time that those who file false charges start getting time. Would be better if they got the same time that the “perps” would have gotten and also have to register as a sex offender...
Dirty white girl.
Ya know folks, there’s a line to be drawn here and I don’t know where to draw it, but if the punishment for admitting a false charge of rape is too harsh, maybe even deservedly harsh, the false accusers will not admit to their lieing and the innocent will continue to be harmed.
She should stay in jail as long as a male would have, if convicted.
Bet the feminazis get their knickers in a snit over this.
18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;
19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.
20 And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.
So Michigan has genuine truth-in-sentencing? That’s good to know.
Sounds like Leviticus but I wouldn't swear to it.
But Grissom was released from prison in 2012 after a judge threw out his rape conviction.
Looks like she put an innocent man in jail for 12 years (she claimed to be raped in 2001). Her sentence was too short.
...and may her cellmate’s nickname be “Sweaty Betty”. Thanks cripplecreek.

The California reports showed that Ylen had a history of making accusations of rape and kidnapping. She claimed to have been abducted and raped in 2001 in Bakersfield, but her father told police it was not true. He said that his daughter had been sexually assaulted by a female member of their church between the ages of 10 and 12 and that the assault had never been reported nor had his daughter received any counseling. The father told police that his daughter likes to have a lot of attention.
Police determined that the Bakersfield abduction was a fabricationas were accounts by Ylen that she had once been raped in the parking lot of a restaurant minutes before she went to dinner with her family.
One police report said officers suspected she was mentally unstable after she reported various stories of rape, including that she had been gang-raped by her brother and his friends in Michigan and that her brother had been convicted and sent to prison, but was released and found her in California, where he raped her again. None of the accounts could be verified.
The St. Clair County Prosecutors Office sent the California reports to Grissoms appointed attorney, who sent them to him and told him that he should file a motion for a new trial. Grissom then filed such a motion in March 2006. The motion was denied without any testimony being heard after the trial court ruled that newly discovered impeachment evidence could not be the basis for a new trial.
She should be jailed longer than he was jailed,at the least.
