There are DNA scanning services which advertise they can figure one’s ancestry. Since individual Jews often accepted Christianity and left the modern mainstream Jewish community because of it, their bloodlines melded into the general population and are said to show on such scans.
At least they can sue the kid and his parents.
The judge has already shown himself to be an ignorant, anti-semitic bastard and the defense lawyer has shown himself to be a jerk.
Sometimes actions speak louder than the law. Sometimes the law is an ass. At other times, the dispensers of the law are asses.
Time for Canada to look into itself before it criticizes the US for our stupids.

I’ve always been of the opinion that we should have mounted up and laid low all those pushing for thought crime punishments back when thought crime was being pushed as something to be punished.
