"Enforcement of the law was temporarily halted in October 2011 after the American Civil Liberties Union sued, arguing that mandatory testing of people who were not suspected of using drugs violated the constitutional prohibition against unreasonable searches and seizures.
I guess that companies can no longer conduct drug tests on prospective employees then. And the military should not be subjected to random urinalysis any more. Or does this edict of "can't violate their rights" only apply to leeches and not to those who provide the blood supply?

And, let me remind you that the law is broken once the illegal drugs are bought, sold or taken. Please point out the part of the Constitution that gives government the authority to make any consumable 'illegal'.
