Just looking at these guys and their rap sheets, it's pretty obvious they were well known by the cops. It's also obvious they should have been living in jail and not running around the streets loose murdering people.

Of course, this is New Joisey so even carrying something as mundane as a single shot muzzle loading pistol is not allowed if you are one of the common sheep.
