Egads! I hate leg cramps!! I’ll have to get a rice pack. Do you just pick it up at the pharmacy? I’ve been getting a stabbing pain and cramping behind my left bottom leg every once in awhile. It started as I was going down the stairs yesterday. Had to stop and sit on the step for a minute!

rush is too big to be messed with right now, they’re slowly chipping away at those with lessor following with FCC appointments, clear channel exec appointments, etc. hannity is soon to be replaced by michael savage from 3-6 on wmal in dc, who i expect they’ll use to undermine the whole conservative moment...savage is prone to spouting a lot of non factual bs, with nothing to back it up, and he won’t take calls (or advertise contact info) from those who would correct him, no one but worshipers.
Don’t know about you all but I see God’s hand in all this. :o)

I’d prefer another channel like CMT pick them up, let the profits go towards more conservative companies. Glenn Beck opened the door for them. AMC? Wouldn’t be too bad of a choice...
