Under what circumstances was it necessary to shoot an unarmed, injured man who was barely able to move in the back as he attempted to hobble away?
What immediate threat to the general public did he pose after he got out of the car?
What officer or officers were in such is such mortal terror for their own safety that they felt the need to shoot him like a dog?
A poster named Alaska Wolf. (He evidently posted some racist type stuff the first time and got a 7 day ‘go sit in the corner ZOT’. He was then reinstated but started up with some more stuff, was nicely warned AGAIN, (by some very patient Mods by the way), to cool it, still kept it up, and then got the final big dirt nap ZOT). There was nothing LEO’s could do that was wrong or incorrect in his view and he gave any FReeper, (my old can included), who thought otherwise the blast.
No, smart police tactics is where they capture the suspect alive. When they just shoot him at the scene that is poor police tactics.
Lawsuit filed by family:

Sorry, misspoke, at this point it is still a “claim”...L.A. has 20 days to respond to the claim then it might become a lawsuit.
