Look at who is keeping score. You can then see why mostly southern (red) states are bad mouthed.

Just saw the 'best driver' list...you guessed it...Vermont, Connecticut, Maine, Minnesota, and some other blue states.

One thing I like about living in Michigan is the driving is much better.
I travel a fair amount and Michigan drivers, more than other states, get the “passing lane” (and that it’s not a “fast lane”).

People in my MS hometown say everyone knows where they are going so why use them. It is a very small town and is probably true. I always use them there and here in HSV. My daughter, as a teen driver, made sure we all used seat belts long before it became law. Just good common sense. She would get upset with my grandchildren’s friends if they did not buckle up. I have seen bad drivers everywhere I go.

The ones I am aggravated by are the ones who use their turn signal when they get to their street.

Sadly the whole frigging MSM is nothing but a propaganda machine. Even stupid stuff like this is written with an underlying purpose.

ALL buckle up laws are ANTI-FREEDOM...
Whether you buckle up(OR not) is NOT the Feds,State or local law enforcements business..

Busy body government is ANTI-FREEDOM... and anti-free-market..

Massachusetts has good lawyers. Since the Kennedy’s are dying off, there are more DUI experts available.

I remember getting onto a fairly busy interstate, and moving into the flow of traffic. The front end of my old car started vibrating seriously. I looked at the speedo and the whole pack was going over 95.

I’m surprised that Nodak is 10. I just moved here, and they are the most considerate drivers I’ve encountered in my travels.

My wife is frightened by New Jersey drivers and Volvo drivers.

Is Volvo one of those extra states that Obama discovered?

The worst offense for Alabama was tickets. I believe that. When driving around here, I am more worried about the Kojak with a Kodak around the next turn more than the drunk or texting drivers.

Well, I have never got one but I am sure I have needed one. I drive the same highways and have learned where the speed changes. And, I know where the major speed traps are in small towns. The very worst road for speeders is The Natchez Trace. Was on that crooked road once when 5 cars passed me. They were going so fast I decided to see just how fast. When I got up to 80, I slowed down. No one and I mean noone should ever drive that fast on that dangerously curvy road. They were still far ahead of me when I got back down to 50. They were between Tupelo and Cherokee, AL.

Oh, BS. Rhode Islander are the worst. I’ve traveled all over the U.S. and those morons drive as if there is no one else on the road. Ohio is second. CT, where I live, is bad, too. People in CT don’t drive as if no one is on the road they drive as if no one else SHOULD be on the road but them.

Most drivers seem to think speed limits are just guidelines.

No 'blue states' on the list? Shocking. (Try any interstate in Connecticut on a Friday evening...OMG.)

Yeah, but you'll find that most of those cars have either NJ or NY plates.

CT has bad enough drivers - we don't need any from the other two socialist states.

“I’m amazed that Massachusetts didn’t make the list.”

Me too. It’s the state where a yellow light means “speed up”.

I found the same thing in the Dallas metro - also in Los Angeles

I read once that the L.A. freeways carry something like four times the traffic they did 30 years ago, and yet average commute times have stayed the same. Basically, everyone's driving the same speed they always did, just closer together.
