The day after the GOP won control of the House, Boehner's first task should have been to pass a real budget, excluding any funding for Obamacare, and completely abolishing at least two dozen different departmenta, federal programs, and agencies.

Then tell Obama from the get-go that there would be no continuing resolutions or compromises unless Obamacare was repealed.
