One (of many) interesting documents is what appear to be Twin Liquors records of Ms. Lehmberg’s credit/debit purchases there, from Jan 1, 2012 through date of her arrest in April 2013.
According to these records, during those 15 months, and *just* at Twin Liquors, our district attorney bought:
* 72 bottles of Ciroc Vodka
* for a total of 88.75 Liters, which is
* equal to over 23 gallons of vodka
* with purchases spread out over 7 different Austin Twin Liquors stores (and one in Taylor)
* for a total of over $3,000 in vodka.
Nine of these vodka visits were in the afternoon, before 5 p.m., M-F.

Her supporters and attorney say her driving drunk 3x the legal limit in April was a “one-time mistake”
"She would always go to a different store every two weeks or so to buy her next stash of vodka."
The doctor who initially brought the allegations & the ‘child psychologists’ should join them, too.
It is pretty difficult to watch these SOB's 'get away with it' in this world...
stemmed from her drunken driving arrest last April 12, after which she threatened and insulted jail staff and asked for special treatment. It was all caught on video tape.
At various points, a belligerent Lehmberg says, “Y’all are going to be in jail, not me.” She demands that jail personnel call the sheriff about letting her go before being booked. “Did you call Greg?” she says repeatedly, referring to Sheriff Greg Hamilton, while behaving like, well, a nasty drunk.
Lehmberg plead guilty to drunken driving (she was nearly three time the legal limit); and then was sentenced to 45 days in jail. She was released for good behavior after serving half that time.
Good video of her at link below...
He was a true believer who was willing to do anything to achieve his Democrat agenda goals.
It doesn't matter that Delay's charges were thrown out by a court years later. It only mattered that Delay was removed from the House immediately back then.
To Earle, it doesn't matter that this couple was erroneously jailed two decades ago. It only mattered that he was seen as "doing something," and that Democrats got the credit for it back then.

Dorothy Rabinowitz of the WSJ did an excellent expose on this hysteria and her work played a role in getting many of the falsely accused exonerated.
Dorothy Rabinowitz has saved so many people from prosecutorial abuse. She did a remarkable job on the day care center false accusations against the Amirault family.
The evil DA- yes, evil - Scott Hershberger, almost got elected governor of Massachusetts, amazingly enough.
“I doubt Id give a lawyer or the legal system the opportunity for justice.”
Many of ya’ll probably already know my opinion of the legal system, but for those that don’t. Short version, it sucks.
I look at all these people who, after years in jail, get out and say “I’m not bitter”. Well, I’m here to say I’d be bitter as hell. And no amount of money would make me forget who put me there. So, since I’m under no threat of jail time(at this time) then this can’t be considered a threat. I would kill the son-of-a-bitch that did that to me. Hell once you’ve been in jail for 21 years or whatever and you’re 73 years old what’s another 20 years?
Its not like you have a lot of job prospects at 73 years old and no current skills.
I dunno. After all that time spent in prison I would guess that this innocent man is a bit institutionalized.
Having been used to jail I would guess I wouldn’t mind going back. Also remember he tossed my wife in the clink too.
I would get a gun, Knife, bomb, or whatever it took and kill this sonofabi*ch, one way or the other.
he ruined my life I would call it justice to take his.

You are so correct. These scumbags do not worry about the future. They are in it at the present. That's how you win the wars. Thanks all of you worthless (R)s.
Allowing this **** to happen to Tom Delay is the thing I can’t forgive George W. Bush for.
GOP Cowardice.
