And the local midwives from his time on generally knew what herbs could induce spontaneous abortion. “Safe,” I’m convinced, is the feminist code-word for irreproachable, free from prosecution, free from blame. When it becomes free from guilt, we’ll all have become completely anesthetized.
That’s the long way to say there is no such thing as a safe abortifacient or abortion procedure but it is true. There is not.

If you truly can “need” an abortion, can’t you also “need” to get rid of your three year old? Or seven year old?
Why do we not allow the killing of your own child at any age, if that child has become bothersome and inconvenient? Because the child has a right to life, and if necessary, can be given up for adoption or foster parenting.
