Joining Tom on Sunday's show will be Dick Metcalf, the longtime firearms writer and expert who ignited a firestorm of protests with a column in the December issue of Guns and Ammo magazine. That column said that Metcalf doesn't consider some firearm regulations to be infringements on the Second Amendment. The resulting avalanche of complaints from readers prompted the magazine to fire Metcalf this week. Virginia is not a Castle Law or Stand Your Ground Law state.

But it is a Shall Issue state. I don’t get it.

Sounds like Jim Bequette is in serious trouble and Metcalf is going to get out of this by blaming it on the editor Bequette.

I have not heard an apology from Metcalf as of yet.
He is spinning like a top.
