Many Koolaid drinkers here are mad that Len didn’t just spend the 20 minutes praising Cruz like when he goes on Rush and Levin. (’Oh we just love you so much’)
But Leno asked Cruz lots of tough and good questions.
Great for Cruz for going on and willing and able to answer them.
That’s what it takes.
I was mad that my Time Warner Cable DVR screwed up the recording, until I saw how obnoxious Leno was! I’m glad I only saw clips. Cruz was fine, but Jay was nasty. I hadn’t watched Leno in a long time either but a friend had told me about a few shows a couple weeks ago that had somebody I liked on and they were funny. Jay was purposely very unfunny tonight!
I have been searching up and down Tokyo/Chiba for some Justin Ropers and a Stetson hat..

Maybe my level of expectation was lowered, but I thought it a very good interview....
...Cruz was able to answer the questions....it wasn't nearly as rapid fire as some interviews I've seen with other hosts on other channels.
Cruz got his points across.....Jay did interrupt him but not too much.
All due respect, I think most of us here have so much vested in Senator Cruz, we play it a little too close to the vest.....and that's understandable, as a LOT depends on turning our Republic around.
You wonderful Freepers in the audience are commended for the encouraging applause and great response to Senator Cruz....YOU ALL ROCK!
