Its called “First Among Equals”; the ruling class (party leadership) in any communist country is always entitled to things that the working people can’t get. Thus, their kids are usually at the best universities (Moscow State in Russia), exempt from military service, and they take over the luxuries that the former ruling class had. But they hide it, at least initially - I’ve been to Russia many times, there are remnants of the “party stores” where only members and their families could enter and buy special foods not available to the unwashed such as western hams, frozen food, baked goods, etc. (we’ll see it here - Congress, their staffs, federal employees will all be exempt from this crazy system they’re slamming us with - yes, you did this, Senators Begich, Landrieu, Hagan, Pryor - this needed exactly 60 votes and if ANY of you had OPPOSED it, it could not have become law). Oh, and there will be no need for unions or employee bargaining of any type, as its always been created as a “workers paradise”. Then, when the inevitable economic disaster (such as a lack of food production) occurs, the blame will fall on “the insurance companies”, “the old order”, the right-wing industrial party (Bukharin) or the left-wing deviationists (Trotsky). And the refrain will be that “communism hasn’t worked because it hasn’t been tried — it was “hijacked” by Stalin or the Gang of Four or whatever.

The GOP needs to learn how to communicate to the uninformed.
We have the biggest advantage because of Obamacare. The uninformed needs to understand what deductibles and co-insurance means. Otherwise they will proudly waive their Insurance cards and demand services. They don’t understand that they have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket before services are rendered. The impact will be felt around March to April. The education will be hard knocks. By the way, the out of pocket max won’t be available in 2014.
Of course, The free Medicaid will be available to more people, especially since the program was expanded by 38%, meaning 38% more democrat votes. very sad for our country.
