In a similar vain I reply: It is obvious you decided to retain your purity and stayed home rather than to vote for McCain or Romney, and thus are partly responsible for 0bama’s election & re-election.

I voted third party. I don't vote for people who support the murder of babies or the Gay Agenda. I also don't vote for liars and those I don't trust, no matter who is on the other side. I don't allow others to manipulate me. I leeave those who are willing to be pragmatists and sell themselves out.

If you stayed home because Romney didn’t meet your ‘political purity/conservative/whatever’ standards, the you are as responsible for the re-election of 0bama, as those Democrats, Communists, and progressives who voted for him.

Nope, Romney, with his refusal to fight, with his lack of morals and principle is responsible for losing. Couple that with those willing to literally sell their souls to vote for someone who supports the Gay Agenda and Abortion, and you have everyone you need to point a finger at to effectively establish blame.

I’d have some respect for them if they told HBO “We wrote this book about Obama and Clinton and Edwards and McCain, and you want to make a movie about Sarah Palin out of it???!!! Take a hike!!!” ... but they didn’t.

“...although the rat woman running against him would be far worse”

That answers your question.

Excellent for you. Then you need not grip about 0bama, for your 3rd party was successful in its mission, unintended, of re-electing 0bama.

Chris Christie pulled a Romney on Romney

Are we saying that progressive republicans have no principles or core values just like their democrat friends??

The argument for Romney was that he would win a lot of moderates and independents. Some were even forecasting that he would win segments of democrats. In the end he could not win enough moderates/democrats, and he had trouble carrying a sizable segment of conservatives.

If a republican candidate wants to win an election, he/she better carry the vast majority of conservatives. They have to feel excited about the election.

Sorry, but I can gripe, and will gripe about Obama any time I like.

Let me repeat slowly, since you seem to be slow in comprehension.

If you want to blame anyone for the debacle of 2012, blame the man who is responsible, Romney, for his lying about his policy positions, for his lying about his competitors in the primaries, for his Progressive Liberalism, for his refusal to campaign, or blame the GOP-E for doing everything in their power to destroy the campaigns of the real conservatives in the race and prop up Romney, or blame yourself, and others like you, who succombed to the manipulation of the GOP, but don't blame those who stuck to their principles, it really brings into question your honor and the very existence of your conservative principles.

The Romney team of management genius's totally blew the campaign. They excluded the most popular Republican politician, Sarah Palin, from the convention. They ignored, dissed and despised the Tea Party at the convention and in the campaign. They didn't attack Obama nearly to the degree they attacked fellow Republicans in the primary. They set their hopes on the "moderate" Chris Christie, who apparently was pulling their chains with delayed endorsement and gave him the keynote address at the convention, where Christie spent all his time talking about Christie. Then they blew the entire tech-driven get out the vote effort.

This is ObamaCare level FAIL.

Would a Romney Presidency actually been worse than a crashing and burning Obama second term? Would Romney have allowed a repeal of ObamaCare to go through? Serious question.

The problem was that Romney was really the only serious candidate in the primaries.

Christie, talking about Newt, told Romney “Kick this guy’s ass. He’s a joke.”

Bush, talking about Perry, told Romney “Don’t worry about Perry. He’s a chickenshit.”

It would kill his career if he lost tomorrow. If I lived there I’d vote for anyone but him.

This is your chance to get rid of Christie once and for all. You could survive a real democrat if it means getting rid of a fraud republican.

The Romney team also went ballistic when Eastwood was on stage. That tells me enough.

I regret voting for Romney. He’s a liar. One lie he told was how he pulled over on the side of the road and cried when the Mormon Church voted to allow blacks. When the truth is this was voted on in 1964 to be implemented later. Romney was a big shot in the church. He had to have known. If a man will lie to protect a fraudulent doctrine in his church, he’ll lie about anything.
