It’s obvious what this is. This is deliberate harassment by the government regarding opinions and speech that they don’t like. They use any fake charge that they want, and get a search warrant with their lies, and then they invade your home and destroy your privacy and property.

Contrary to popular opinion, this is not the “sweet land of liberty” “land of the free” and all that other bulldropping that we learned in school that is no longer true.

The best defense to this is an old scam.

The way to best describe it is in how it was typically used.

A bank robber steals $500. The bank reports $50,000 was stolen. The bank then gets $45,500 in insurance payments as pure profit, less the actual $500 stolen.

In this case, since the DHS has stolen his notes on who in the government was leaking, he should come out and announce who in the DHS and administration was leaking to him, which is why they wanted to “cover it up”.

He could really publish a fiction novel without a shred of evidence. “Hillary-Napolitano-Holder Love Triangle!”

Shoot the bastards!

Rather die like a free man than live like a slave.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

If their warrant didn’t particularly describe the paperwork that they seized from her, than they violated the warrant and committed a theft. They could have gone and drafted another one to get that stuff, after articulating to a judge why they wanted it.

Those things are pretty specific for a reason. It prohibits the police from going on fishing expeditions, as it appears in this case.

But, at the end of the day, absolutely nothing will happen. Have to protect the state at all costs.

Those PVC potato guns are supposed to be a LOT of FUN! Don’t they use lighter fluid as a propellant?
