Marine tells McCain that if he (the Marine) held a high enough government office, he would have McCain arrested and tried for treason.
At the end, McCain pulls the Feinstein stunt: Getting 'offended.' He tells the Marine, "I don't need to dignify that with a response because it's beneath me."
