You are quite correct. It just seems strange she would say, "As I call it," when that is its proper name. Remember, she is shifting her alligence to Hillary, saying she is the "most pepared" to enter the White House, as opposed to the current resident. Nothing Pelosi says or does is said or done without a view to political advantage.
