After reading this major fumble by Henry, why read anything else he scribbles?

Because Henry didn't get it wrong. You did. The White Working Class is "nearly 40 percent of the national electorate.” The other 31% is management, small business owners, professionals, etc.

Just what is “a hand up”?

The writer has described the group as not having ambitious professional aspirations. It sounds like they just want more compensation for what they already do how they already do it.

Real training for real jobs that pay decent wages that can't be outsourced, IMHO.
